P2P Programme Management – Major Soft Drinks Company

Accountable for delivering business, Shared Service Centre and Systems changes (SAP FICO; SRM; MDM) to deliver tangible benefits of £1m in year one, together with improved User Experience and systems management.

Led a team of 11 (mixture of direct and indirect reports) in the successful delivery of 8 projects within the programme. Led the delivery of 3 IT Releases over 3 months.  Provided strategic support and guidance to senior stakeholders.

Delivered programme on time.  Managed the identification, tracking and delivery of benefits. Developed and managed the in-house team of project managers – many of whom had not managed a project before.
